You’re speaking my language here Richard! From my experience “shyness” might be better described as “discernment“ and specifically of “am I safe here?”

Plus as you point out, some of us are designed to think more slowly, and this isn’t always valued or respected in our western culture.

Anything we can do as facilitators to support inclusion should be celebrated!
